What an amazing year Little River County has had! It is my privilege to have been your Chamber Director for the past 7 months and I look forward to serving Little River County in 2012. I want to thank everyone for all they do each and every day to truly make Little River County an even better place to live, work and raise a family. It is so wonderful to see how everyone works together on a daily basis, and especially in time of need. Whether that need arises from a weather related event, a friend in need of financial assistance, or a fun community event such as the Community Auction to raise money for downtown sidewalks, YOU are Little River County and I am privileged to be a part of it!

Some of the events the Chamber sponsored in 2011 include the Little River Leadership Class, Annual Chamber Awards Banquet, Golf Tournament, Small Business Lunch Seminars, Boss Hog Bass Tournament, Economic Summit, Relay for Life Coffees, Taste of Little River County, Miss Land O’ Lights, and the Ashdown and Foreman Christmas Parades. We also partner with area businesses and community and civic organizations to help promote them. The Community Calendar of Events through the Chamber website, www.littlerivercounty.org, has been a success thanks to you!
